("MABIDO", "we", "us"), registered in Thailand. By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.2. OperatorMABIDO.com is operated by Asia Smart Tech Co., Ltd., 26/30 Moo 5, Viset Road, Rawai, Muang, Phuket 83130, Thailand (Tax ID 0835565006239). MABIDO is a technology platform only. We are not a client, broker, agent, insurer, financial advisor, lawyer, or marketing agency acting on your behalf.3. Who may use MABIDOMABIDO.com is offered to: (a) Global Business ("GB") professionals — paid subscribers who publish Announcements, Presentations and automated AI Visibility Footprint deliverables; (b) Affiliates — referral affiliates under the /affiliate program; (c) Visitors — anyone browsing mabido.com, /news, the map or free tools such as /visibility-audit without an account. Local Business Client Accounts (anti-waste / flash deals) are no longer available — discontinued June 2026. MABIDO may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion.4. Platform role — no intermediary liabilityMABIDO provides hosting, software tools and optional automated content generation. MABIDO is NOT a party to any contract, sale, reservation, service or dispute between a GB professional, affiliate, visitor and any third party. You conduct all transactions and communications at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law and applicable international law, Asia Smart Tech Co., Ltd. and MABIDO.com disclaim all liability for disputes, non-performance, defects, quality, safety, fraud, misrepresentation or damages arising from user interactions or user-published content.5. Discontinued Local Business (June 2026)Local Business (company Client Accounts for anti-waste and flash deals on the map) was discontinued in June 2026. MABIDO no longer accepts new Local Business registrations and no longer markets client or Local Business plans. Legacy map pins or archived listings may remain visible for reference only and are not actively maintained. The sole active commercial product is Global Business — AI Visibility subscription (Section 6).6. Global Business (GB / Professionals)If you hold a Global Business (GB) account: MABIDO provides AI Visibility tools (free /visibility-audit preview, visibility scores, automated blogs, short videos, showcases, Charla live chat + GEO FAQ, website sync, Citation Pulse reports, entity hubs at /shop/{slug}, etc.) under paid subscription plans. Public checkout (mabido.com — pricing section): Essential, Growth and Business Plus. Essential is the public entry plan (open to everyone, including affiliates). Growth rate: 49.90 EUR/USD or 1,990 THB per month. Business Plus: 99.90 EUR/USD or 3,790 THB per month. Growth includes 34 verified monthly deliverables (showcases, SEO blogs, short videos, GEO FAQ answers, social snippets, visibility report, website scan, Google Business kit). Business Plus includes a higher quota (~62 deliverables/month). There is no subscription free trial — the free visibility audit is a preview only. These are assistive marketing tools only — not a promise of business results. You remain solely responsible for your Announcements, Offers, Presentations, legal claims, sector regulations (e.g. real estate, health, finance) and truthfulness of all published information. Subscription fees pay for platform access and automated deliverables as described at checkout; they do not constitute a performance-based marketing contract. Payments are processed by Stripe (card). The Affiliate Program (20% recurring commission) is governed by separate affiliate terms at /affiliate.7. No guarantee of visibility, SEO, GEO, AEO or AI resultsWITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING: MABIDO does NOT guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, organic traffic, click-through rate, lead volume, revenue, profit, media coverage, social reach, inclusion in Google Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or any other AI assistant's answers, recommendations or citations. Visibility audit scores and reports are automated estimates for information only — not professional advice or a warranty of future performance. Past or demo examples on MABIDO.com do not guarantee similar outcomes for any user. Algorithms, AI models and search engines change without notice; MABIDO has no control over third-party systems. Automated blogs, videos and FAQs are generated from your website and sector context; MABIDO does not warrant editorial uniqueness, freedom from similar phrasing across accounts, or immunity from search-engine quality policies.8. AI-generated and automated contentFootprint, blog, video script, FAQ, translation and related content may be produced using third-party AI (e.g. Google Gemini) and local models on MABIDO infrastructure (VPS Ollama). Such content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. You must review, edit and approve material before relying on it publicly where required by law. MABIDO is not liable for AI hallucinations, copyright issues in generated text, regulatory non-compliance of your publications, or damages caused by automated content. You grant MABIDO the rights necessary to process your data and website content to provide these services.9. Disclaimer of warrantiesTHE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. MABIDO does not warrant uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation.10. Limitation of liabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASIA SMART TECH CO., LTD., MABIDO.COM OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO MABIDO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.11. Your content, conduct and indemnificationYou are responsible for all content you publish and for complying with applicable laws. You must not publish illegal, misleading, defamatory or infringing material. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Asia Smart Tech Co., Ltd. and MABIDO.com from any claim, fine, penalty, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.12. Payments, changes and governing lawFees, founding rates and deliverable quotas are as shown at checkout (mabido.com/global-business/register or the pricing section on mabido.com). MABIDO may change pricing for new subscriptions with reasonable notice. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phuket, Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence where applicable. Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) describes personal data processing, cookies and your GDPR/PDPA rights. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy. As an exception, a first subscription may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, because production and publication begin on day one; the window does not apply to renewals, and beyond it any started month remains due.By using MABIDO.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use in full.
