Overview and acceptanceThese terms govern participation in the MABIDO Affiliate Program, operated by MABIDO for its Global Business AI visibility subscriptions. By applying, being approved, or using an affiliate link, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not join the program. These terms complement the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of mabido.com.2. Eligibility and approvalThe program is open to professionals worldwide (consultants, marketers, creators, agencies and business networks) who refer business owners to Global Business. Applications are reviewed manually and approval is granted at MABIDO's sole discretion. MABIDO may refuse or revoke participation at any time, without owing any justification, including for suspected fraud, low quality traffic, or conflict with MABIDO's interests. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country and comply with the laws that apply to you.3. Affiliate link and attributionApproved affiliates receive a unique referral link and slug. Attribution uses a 365-day cookie on a last-click basis: the most recent affiliate link a prospect used is credited, until the referred client makes their first paid Global Business payment. After that first payment, the referral is locked permanently to the crediting affiliate for that client. Attribution requires cookies to be stored on the prospect's device; MABIDO is not liable for lost attribution due to blocked cookies, cross-device journeys, or third-party interference.4. CommissionApproved affiliates earn a recurring commission of 20% on the net amounts actually paid by referred clients on all paid Global Business plans (Essential, Growth, Business+ and Enterprise), for as long as the client keeps an active paid subscription. Commission is calculated on the amount MABIDO effectively collects through Stripe, excluding taxes, refunds, discounts, chargebacks and payment fees. Free trials, unpaid periods, and cancelled or reversed invoices generate no commission. MABIDO may change commission rates or eligible plans for future referrals with reasonable notice; changes do not apply retrospectively to already-locked referrals.5. Payment termsCommissions accrue as referred clients pay. Payouts are processed manually by MABIDO, typically by bank transfer, once a minimum balance is reached and after any refund or chargeback window has passed. The affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment details. Currency, minimum threshold and payout schedule may be specified in the affiliate dashboard and may be adjusted with notice. If an invoice is refunded or charged back after a commission was counted, the corresponding amount is deducted from current or future commissions (clawback). Concretely: a commission is recorded as soon as the client pays, and becomes payable 30 days after the invoice — long enough to cover the client 7-day satisfaction window and the early chargeback period.6. Independent status and taxesThe affiliate acts as an independent party. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship. The affiliate is solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes, social contributions and duties arising from commissions in their own jurisdiction, and for any invoicing or accounting obligations that apply to them. Commissions are stated and paid exclusive of any such taxes.7. Promotion rules and prohibited conductAffiliates must promote MABIDO honestly and lawfully. The following are prohibited: unsolicited bulk messaging or spam (email, SMS, messaging apps) in breach of anti-spam laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM or local equivalents; misleading, false or exaggerated claims about MABIDO, its results, pricing or AI visibility outcomes; bidding on or impersonating the MABIDO brand in paid ads or domains without written permission; self-referrals or fraudulent traffic, fake leads or cookie stuffing; and any content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law. Breach may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.8. Intellectual property and brand useMABIDO grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved MABIDO names, logos and marketing assets solely to promote the program during participation. All intellectual property remains MABIDO's. Affiliates must not modify the brand assets, register confusingly similar names or domains, or imply an official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship. This licence ends automatically when participation ends.9. Term, suspension and terminationParticipation continues until terminated by either party. Either party may end participation at any time. MABIDO may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately for suspected fraud, abuse, breach of these terms, or reputational risk. On termination, unused referral links must stop being used. Validly earned and payable commissions on genuine paid clients are settled at the next payout cycle, except where termination results from fraud or breach, in which case unpaid commissions may be withheld.10. No guarantee, liability, changes and governing lawMABIDO makes no guarantee of any minimum earnings, conversion rate, or program continuity. The program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MABIDO's total liability under the program is limited to commissions payable to the affiliate. MABIDO may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and continued participation constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MABIDO's registered establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local protections that may apply to the affiliate.
